Instructions: You are to interview two people and record their responses on this form. You should state their name and their comments to your solution to the identified problem.

VI. I interviewed two individuals to see what their response would be to my (our) plan. Their responses are as follows.

Edward Alvarez
He disagree with this bill, because he believe it is a invasion of privacy and would be to big of a cost to implement it. Also he believe that parents should have a say in weather or not this can be done to their child. He says it would be to much like a tracking device or big brother government looking over you. Another reason he disagrees with the bill is because he believes that it takes away from our rights and personal choices because we have no say so in it.

Lisa Lisciandrello
She also disagrees with this bill, because she wonders if we are to give up our fingerprint then what else will the government ask for DNA, blood, etc. Also the risk shes says is far to great; what if someone where to hack this system, break into the database and use the fingerprints for a purpose they were not intended to be used for. Someone could get the fingerprints and some how plant them at a crime scene and the database would show that another person committed the crime then it would be even harder to disprove they didn't commit it.

VII. My (our) answer, based on our research, to their objections and concerns are

First respons
Yes it is a slight invasion of privacy, but what we get out of it would bring us one step closer to a utopia. With the cost being split threw out the nation I believe that the cost wouldn't be that much of a problem and what we are getting out of the cost is far greater then what we are spending for it. With everyone pitching in and volunteering their fingerprints theirs should be no problem if you have nothing to hide or haven't done anything wrong. Also it wouldn't really be like a tracking device because its not tracking everywhere you go its just showing weather or not you where at a crime scene, and if you weren't their and have nothing to hide then it only helps clears your name.

Second respons
We already have AFIS which contains millions of fingerprints, so giving up so fingerprint isn't that big of a deal because if you are taken to a police station and booked they already take you fingerprint and no one has really tried and fight that before. Also all we need is your fingerprint to help us see your record and tell weather you were at a crime scene or committed a crime their is no need to create a blood or DNA database, if either of those is needed then a warrant can be served to get it. So in reality we already kinda have no say in weather or not we want to give up our fingerprints, blood, or DNA because a warrant can be served and then they can get it either way. We would also make it nearly impossible to hack because with the FBI and other government branches working together with some of the smartest minds in the world it would be very hard to breach the system. Like AFIS it will be very well protected and guarded to ensure something like that wouldn't happen. Overall this system/database is intended to solve more crimes and bring more closer to the family and friends of the victims, and making this world a safer and happier place by making it even harder to get away with a crime.
